Illinois State Police

  • Burns, Andrew C., 36, of Galesburg, arrested August 12 at 6:05 p.m. on I-55 on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a revoked license, and improper display of license plates/sticker. 

Lincoln Police Department

  • Bateman, Brandon W., 28, of Lincoln, arrested August 12 at 10:45 p.m. on Pulaski Street at McLean Street on charge of resisting or obstructing a peace officer. 

  • Heath, Gayle A., 73, of Lincoln, arrested August 14 at 12:42 a.m. at her residence on charge of retail theft. 

  • Lee, Derondria S., 24, of Decatur, arrested August 13 at 2:26 a.m. on Fifth Street at Madison Street on charge of driving with a suspended license.

  • Mattingly, Jeffery C., 19, of Lincoln, arrested August 12 at 12:04 a.m. on Broadway Street at Sherman Street on charges of burglary to motor vehicle, retail theft, possession of hypodermic syringes, domestic battery, and aggravated battery.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Chaszar, Shaun R., 45, of Bloomington, arrested August 13 at 4:04 a.m. on I-55 on charge of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

  • Clark, Amanda J., 32, of Mount Pulaski, arrested August 13 at 11:54 p.m. in the 100 block of Lafayette Street, Mount Pulaski, on charges of domestic battery, resisting arrest, and criminal damage to state supported property. 

  • Kramer, Zachary A., 24, of Lincoln, arrested August 12 at 5:03 a.m. on Route 10 at 300th Avenue on charge of possession of cannabis 10-30 grams. 

  • Skelton, Terry L., 55, of Middletown, arrested August 13 at 10:34 a.m. on 1550th Street at 500th Avenue on charge of driving with a suspended license. 

San Jose Police

  • Stephens, Robert R., 41, of Seven Valleys, Pa., arrested August 13 at 8:20 a.m. in the 200 block of the 200 block of Main Street, San Jose, on charge of driving with a suspended license.

Atlants, Elkhart, Illinois Department of Natural Resources, Mason City, Mount Pulaski, New Holland,

No arrest reports.
