Third Saturday Craft Day in Elkhart to offer Ice Dyeing

[August 16, 2017]   ELKHART - The Elkhart Historical announces a new craft , “Ice Dyeing” will be offered in the Third Saturday Craft Day series, The beautiful results of this technique can be seen at the Country Bumpkin Shop where the classes will be held on August 19, Two sessions will be held, at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Judy Gustafson will lead the class which is limited in size to four persons per session. Participants must be able to walk one short flight of stairs to join the class. The other classes being offered that day include the ever popular Painting with Renée Sisk, offering watercolor at 10 a.m. and acrylic at 1 p.m. The cost of the class includes all your supplies. The classes are held at Horsefeathers, and a crafters lunch is offered for all Third Saturday crafters from noon to 1 p.m. (lunch cost not included in class fee).

Jean Tweet will offer Antique button and lace collage. Guests are invited to bring their own special pieces to incorporate into their work. The sessions will also be offered at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. at Bird Song Books and Vintage.
