[August 18, 2017]  LINCOLN - This month the City of Lincoln continues the “3rd Fridays Downtown” series with a night of “Fun and Adventure” on Friday, August 18th between the hours of 5:30pm and 8:30pm.

The night guarantees fun for all with a 95-foot inflatable obstacle course, inflatable batting cage, and adult-sized tricycle races. As always giant versions of Jenga and Connect four will also be available for friends and family to play.

The Healthy Communities Partnership will be hosting a Bike Rodeo offering an opportunity for participants to learn, practice, and demonstrate their bicycle handling skills in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere. Participants must bring their own bike and helmet and children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Spirited Republic, and Alley-Bi Saloon will once again be sponsoring a blind draw bags tournament where advanced players will team up with novice players. The cost is $5 per person with prizes awarded to the 1st and 2nd place teams.
