Mount Pulaski boys basketball sweeps Edinburg on Hilltoppers Homecoming Night

[December 09, 2017]    The Mount Pulaski Hilltoppers swept Edinburg in boys basketball Friday night as the Hilltoppers celebrated Homecoming at the Ed Butkovich Gymnasium.

Corey Beccue and Emily Wakeman were crowned King and Queen in between games Friday night.

The Hilltoppers Varsity team defeated Edinburg 89-57 as Peyton Taylor had a career high of 26 points. Gezus Oliver scored 17 points in the win and Drew Martin tossed in 10 points.

The Hilltoppers improve to 6-2 on the season.

The Hilltoppers JV team defeated Edinburg 49-39. The JV team improved to 3-1 on the season.
