"Hartem versus Delavan is always a hard-fought
game,” said Stags Head Coach Jason Garber. “I thought our guys
played extremely hard and were able to capitalize on some late
plays that went our way.”
Alex Vetter led Hartem with 22 points in the win.
Coach Garber said, “Alex stepped up and played his best game of
the season. He was able to utilize his size and get some early
buckets. He had ten first quarter points which helped his
confidence the rest of the game.”
Delavan won the JV game over Hartem 40-39 as the Panthers hit a
three point shot with :05 remaining in the game. Hartem’s last
second shot for the win bounced off the back of the rim.
