[December 26, 2017]  Reports for Tuesday, Dec. 26:

Lincoln Police Department

  • Mammen, Cody L., 27, of Pekin, arrested Dec. 24 at 12:59 a.m. on Keokuk Street at Water Street on charge of driving under the influence, and Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of credit card fraud. 

  • Marshall, Jacob W., 18, of Mason City, arrested Dec. 24 at 1:41 p.m. on Decatur Street at Hamilton Street on a Mason County warrant. 

  • Trombaugh, Allen W., 38, address unknown, arrested Dec. 22 at 4:25 p.m. in the 800 block of Malerich Drive on charge of retail theft.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Albertson, Dustin W., 25, of Lincoln, arrested Dec. 23 at 10:07 a.m. at his residence on a Greene County warrant. 

  • Bone-Wharton, David C., 23, of Lincoln, arrested Dec. 23 at 11:19 a.m. in the 1000 block of Heitmann Drive on charges of criminal sexual assault, unlawful possession of ammunition, and harboring a runaway. 

  • Eckart, Cole D., 19, of Warrensburg, arrested Dec. 23 at 6:17 p.m. in the 2000 block of Route 121 on charge of speeding 35 mph or more over the posted speed limit. 

  • Menzie, Phillips E., 39, arrested Dec. 25 at 11:07 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on charges of possession of controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.

  • Skelton, Mercedes L., 30, of Lincoln, arrested Dec. 25 at 9:28 p.m. in the 1200 block of 121 on charge of leaving the scene of an accident.

  • Truong, Tuan S., 26, of Springfield, arrested Dec. 22 at 6:43 a.m. in the 700 block of Malerich Drive on charge of driving with a suspended licenses, and Sangamon County warrant. 

  • Walley, Lamont A., 37, of Decatur, arrested Dec. 24 at 11:42 p.m. in the 1900 block of Route 121 on charge of no valid driver’s license.
