Obituary

Dolores Detmers, 88, of Lincoln, passed away Friday, December 22, 2017 at The Christian Village.

Cremation rites have been accorded by Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date.

Dolores was born July 7, 1929 in Lincoln, IL., the daughter of Clarence Duffey and Pauline (Propst). She married Frederick Detmers on June 22, 1950. He preceded her in death on August 25, 2016.

Surviving are her children: Alan (Vicki) Detmers, Dale (Patty) Detmers, and Linda Bersch; 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren also survive.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Memorial donations may be made to Zion Lutheran Church of New Holland or to The Christian Village Memory House.
