Lincoln Police Department

  • Gesner, Anajelica M., 19, of Lincoln, arrested 18 at 6:52 p.m. in the 500 block of Logan Street on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of criminal damage to property. 

  • Gutierrez, Melissa A., 33, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 18 at 1:48 a.m. on charge of driving with a suspended license. 

  • Hanson, Jeremiah J., 28, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 19 at 7:38 p.m. at his residence on charge of retail theft. 

  • Helton, Samantha R., 31, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 18 at 12:25 a.m. on charge of driving with a suspended license. 

  • Hunt, Dallas J., 30, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 19 at 1:10 p.m. at his residence on charge of domestic battery. 

  • Rayner, Christian S., 39, of Engleside, arrested Feb. 19 ay 1:35 p.m. on Woodlawn Road on charge of driving under the influence. 

  • Presswood, Dalton M., 20, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 19 at 2:40 a.m. on Kickapoo Street at Broadway Street on charge of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. 

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Koeppen, Michael H., 20, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 17 at 5:04 p.m. on 50th Avenue at 1300th Street on charge of no valid driver’s license. 

  • Mullenbach, Bryan R., 51, of Lincoln, arrested Feb. 19 at 8:12 a.m. at the Kendall County Jail on Logan County warrant for failure to appear on a manufacturing/delivery of cocaine.

  • Phillips, Bryan L., 31, of Atlanta, arrested Feb. 18 at 12:32 a.m. in the 100 block of Vine Street Atlanta, on charge of driving under the influence.

  • Skelton, Theresa A., 37, of Middletown, arrested Feb. 19 at 10:33 p.m. in the 1600 block of 100th Avenue on charge of no valid driver’s license.
