Registration now open for Storytime hours at the Lincoln Public Library

[January 07, 2017]  LINCOLN - Registration is now open at the Lincoln Public Library for this winter's Storytime hour programs.

programs are available for a variety of age groups and at a choice of days and times for parent/child convenience.

Little Listeners

This program is for ages 6 months to two-years-old.
Choose between Tuesday or Wednesday mornings with starting times at 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. respectively.

Book Buddies

The Book Buddies program is designed for three and four-year-olds. Five-year-olds may participate if they are not in Kindergarten.

The Lincoln Public Library is located at 725 Pekin St., with adult nonfiction and reference materials in the historic Carnegie Building. The Annex directly behind houses adult fiction and the Youth Services Department.

All library events are free and open to the public.

Hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 a.m.-7 p.m.; and Saturdays, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

Ready Readers

Ready Readers is for children in Kindergarten through second grade. The group will meet after school on Mondays at 3:30 p.m.
