[January 17, 2017]    CB Quinten Rollins didn't play the divisional-round playoff victory over the Cowboys on Sunday. The second-year starter has missed both games in the postseason so far because of a neck injury and concussion. "He's getting better." McCarthy said Monday about Rollins' status.

WR Jordy Nelson didn't play in the 34-31 road win over the top-seeded Dallas Cowboys in the divisional round of the playoffs. Nelson, who sustained cracked ribs on his left side in the wild-card victory over the New York Giants, is said to be progressing in his recovery. Head coach Mike McCarthy said Nelson completed his rehab work Monday but wouldn't speculate on whether the team's top wideout would be able to practice when the team returns to the field Wednesday in preparation for the NFC Championship on Sunday at the Atlanta Falcons.

S Morgan Burnett missed the last three quarters of the divisional-round playoff win at Dallas on Sunday because of a quadriceps injury. Undrafted rookie Kentrell Brice took over for Burnett alongside Ha Ha Clinton-Dix. McCarthy said Monday he doesn't have big concerns about Burnett's status this week. "Knowing Morgan, he'll do everything he can ...," McCarthy said about Burnett trying to play the NFC Championship in his hometown of Atlanta on Sunday.

LT David Bakhtiari briefly dropped out of the divisional-round playoff win at Dallas on Sunday. The veteran starter hobbled off to the sideline with a knee injury, when his right leg was clipped by linebacker Sean Lee as Bakhtiari blocked on a 1-yard touchdown run by Ty Montgomery in the second quarter. Rookie Jason Spriggs replaced Bakhtiari for a series before the latter returned to action late in the first half and played the rest of the game.
