Lincoln Police Department

• Bass, Larry T., 46, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 22 at 4:10 p.m. at his residence on charge of domestic battery, and Tazewell County warrant. 

• Donnelly, Michelle L., 42, of Springfield, arrested Jan. 23 at 12:14 a.m. on Taylor Court at Woodlawn Road on charge of driving with a suspended license. 

• Fialkowski, Ronica G., 18, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 22 at 8:43 p.m. in the 800 block of Malerich Drive on charges of retail theft and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. 

• Jarvis, Kevin W., 27, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 20 at 8:45 a.m. on 21^st Street at Jefferson Street on DeWitt County warrant. 

• Mellow, Nathaniel R., 19, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 21 at 4:09 a.m. on Pekin Street at Logan Street on charges of obstructing a peace officer and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. 

• Powell, Kaffie J., 18, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 21 at 4:00 p.m. at his residence on charge of aggravated assault. 

• Reagan, Josiah L., 35, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 20 at 9:01 p.m. on College Street at Ninth Street on charge of no valid driver’s license. 

• Rogers, Deandre L., 28, of Springfield, arrested Jan. 20 at 3:04 p.m. on Postville Drive at Short 11^th Street on charges of possession of controlled substance and no valid driver’s license. 

• Weakley, Samantha D., 26, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 20 at 9:01 p.m. on College Street at Ninth Street on McLean County warrant. 

• Willis, Treffin JC, 24, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 20 at 2:25 p.m. in the 1000 block of Woodlawn Road on charge of theft.

 Logan County Sheriff’s Department

• Carter, Jackson G., 20, of Lincoln, arrested Jan. 20 at 9:10 a.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of speeding. 

• Craig, Kevin K., 21, of Decatur, arrested Jan. 20 at 12:31 p.m. at the Macon County Jail on Logan County warrants for failure to appear in answer to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, and for failure to appear in answer to charge of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. 

• Fausett, Shawn L., 27, of Reed Spring, Mo., arrested Jan. 22 at 12:52 p.m. at the Stone County, Missouri, jail on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of possession of methamphetamine. 

• Kinsey, Matthew L., 29, of Reed Spring, Mo., arrested Jan. 22 at 12:52 p.m. at the Stone County, Missouri, jail on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of possession of methamphetamine. 

• Rich, Brandon L., 25, of New Holland, arrested Jan. 22 at 8:56 a.m. at his residence on charge of domestic battery.
