The injury isn't considered serious for Ball, but his expected absence puts a damper on a matchup that would've featured two of the top five picks of this year's draft. Ball was the second overall pick and De'Aaron Fox was taken No. 5 overall by the Kings.

The Chicago Bulls signed free agent guard Justin Holiday, the team announced.

The Bulls did not disclose terms of the deal, but the Chicago Tribune reported that Holiday agreed to a two-year, $9 million contract.
