 Lincoln Police Department

  • Cook, Monique E., 36, of Lincoln, arrested July 22 at 7:13 p.m. on Decatur Street at McLean Street on charge of battery. 

  • Fialkowski, Ronica G., 19, of Lincoln, arrested July 23 at 10:00 a.m. on charge of forgery. 

  • Pratt, Trevonte D., 31, of Lincoln, arrested July 22 at 3:47 a.m. in the 1100 block of Fifth Street on charge of resisting/obstructing a peace officer. 

  • Lingo, William B., 53, of Lincoln, arrested July 22 at 1:00 a.m. in the 800 block of Woodlawn Road on charge of criminal trespass. 

  • Thornton, Donna L., 56, of Middletown, arrested July 22 at 2:14 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on charges of battery and disorderly conduct.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Cole, Joshua L., 28, of Atlanta, arrested July 22 at 7:51 p.m. in Atlanta, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance. 

  • Crail, Joseph E., 31, of Lincoln, arrested July 22 at 3:24 p.m. in the 1200 block of 1150th Avenue on charge of assault.  

  • Harmon, John R., 29, of Atlanta, arrested July 23 at 12:27 p.m. in Atlanta, on charge of driving with a suspended license.

  • Kemp, Kyle E., 20, of Mount Pulaski, arrested July 22 at 12:27 p.m. in the 1500 block of 600th Street on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and illegal possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor.

  • Primeaux, Armand D., 36, of Clinton, arrested July 23 at 1:27 a.m. on Route 66 at 1400th Street on charge of driving under the influence.

Mount Pulaski Police

  • Parker, Brad W., 33, of Lincoln, arrested July 22 at 10:13 p.m. on Topper Drive at Dekalb Street on charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
