96th Atlanta High School Alumni Banquet well attended

[June 10, 2017]  ATLANTA - The 96th annual Atlanta High School Alumni Banquet was held Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the Olympia South Gymnasium in Atlanta with 165 in attendance.

Classes of 1947, 1952, 1957, 1962, 1967 and 1972 were honored.

The following gifts were awarded as follows:

Oldest person in attendance – Goldie Ryan Ball, Class of 1941;

Person who traveled the farthest – Paul Bateman from Germany, Class of 1953.

Person with most consecutive years of attendance – Bill Horn, Class of 1965 with perfect attendance since graduation.

The next banquet will be held on May 26, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.
