Carlson and his sister Cathy take a moment to pose for a photo
Wednesday at the new Cafe' Billiards, 1230 Fifth Street in Lincoln. The cafe opens
today (Thursday) at 10:30 a.m. and will feature a sandwich and light
fare menu for the lunch crowd. The cafe offers a wide open space
with pool tables where guests can take in a game or two just to
relax. The brother-sister team has additional plans to expand the
business including outdoor beer gardens and live entertainment.
There will also be video gaming in the VIP lounge.
