Since the establishment of the facility in 1961, many things have
changed within the community and the facility. We continue to
maintain our mission by constantly providing interactive and trendy
recreation and fitness programs to fit the needs of our patrons and
			the community.
We are the largest fitness facility in Lincoln, featuring basketball
and volleyball courts, an indoor walking track, circuit and strength
areas, Aerobic and Spinning studios, sauna, and huge locker rooms
with showers. Seasonal recreation includes a driving range, skate
park, playground area and our Aquatic Center.

The aquatic center consists of a 6-lane lap pool, a large curvy
yellow slide that dumps you in the plunge pool and an enclosed zero
			depth wading pool for toddlers.

We offer a large range of affordable membership options. Discounts
are offered to Seniors age 60 and over, and to some businesses as
well as active duty military and veterans. We also welcome Silver
			Sneaker members.

The Lincoln Park District Fit Zone offers approximately 27-30 group
fitness classes a week. Jacki Pavlik, Fitness Director oversees the
fitness staff of 12 certified instructors and the fitness programs.
These programs run all year long, with some specialized and seasonal
			group classes including water aerobics.

The fitness industry is constantly changing, but one thing remains
the same; our mission to bring quality fitness programs to our
			patrons and our community.

A few classes we offer include Fit For Seniors, Spinning, Pump &
Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Simply Lean, Cardio Kick, Total Body HIIT and
			AXIS.
