The D.A.R.E. program consisted of 10 weekly lessons. During the course of the program, the students learned how to utilize the DARE Decision Making Model to help them make safe and responsible choices.

Topics which were covered included positive ways to deal with stress, peer pressure, the health effects of drugs and tobacco, bullying, good citizenship, and building a help network.
