 Online colleges are frequently considered by mid-career

undergraduates looking to save time and money. The state of Illinois
is home to a number of quality online colleges, and with a GDP of
$775 million that ranks among the top 20 countries in the world, and

information was researched using a variety of publicly available
resources, including PayScale.com, individual school websites, and
the National Center for Education Statistics.
The College Choice 2017 ranking for the 23 Best Online Colleges in
Illinois finds University of Illinois at Chicago in the top spot.
University of Illinois at Springfield and University of Illinois at
Urbana-Champaign round out the top three.
