WASHINGTON -- John Wall scored 24 points and the Washington Wizards took control with a 22-0 run in the first quarter for a 116-89 victory over the Boston Celtics on Thursday night in Game 3 of their Eastern Conference semifinal series.

Washington trails 2-1 in the contentious best-of-seven series after dropping two road games in Boston. The latest charged matchup included eight technical fouls and the Wizards' Kelly Oubre Jr. getting ejected in the first half for a Flagrant 2 foul.

Washington's Brandon Jennings and the Celtics' Terry Rozier were ejected in the fourth quarter after each received two technical fouls. Boston coach Brad Stevens and Wizards coach Scott Brooks were hit with technical fouls.

Isaiah Thomas scored 53 points in the Celtics' 129-119 overtime victory Tuesday, but was held to 13 points on 3-of-8 shooting in Game 3.

Warriors 115, Jazz 104

OAKLAND, Calif. -- Draymond Green led an early spurt with a pair of 3-pointers, propelling Golden State to victory over Utah in their Western Conference semifinal series.

Green (21), Kevin Durant (25) and Stephen Curry (23) all topped 20 points for the Warriors, who take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series to Salt Lake City for Games 3 and 4 on Saturday and Monday. The Jazz's Gordon Hayward, held to 12 points Tuesday in a 106-94 loss in Game 1, led all scorers with 33 points Thursday.

The Warriors survived a scare early in the fourth quarter when Green fell to the court while trying an awkward driving shot. He quickly regained his feet but grabbed at his left knee as he dropped back to the court. Green was able to walk to the locker room and ultimately returned to the game.
