blessing for home build No. 21 to be held Sunday

LINCOLN
- The Habitat for Humanity of Logan County will host a house
blessing ceremony of Sunday afternoon, celebrating home build No.
21. T service will begin at 1:30 p.m. at 716 South Kickapoo in
Lincoln.
During the service, the keys to the home will be turned over to
Tiffany Parris and her children Tatum and Keaton by co-construction
foremen Justin Dietrich and Spud Newhouse.
This home marks a special event in the history of the local Habitat
Chapter. For the first time, the Lincolnland Technical Education
Center Building and Trades class did a great deal of the work on the
construction of the new home.

Building and Trades students who participated included Joel
Carmona, Haidyn Carroll, Morgan Coffey, Eddie Combs, Seth Fox, Patrick Hoban,
Nathan Long, Isaiah Moore, Nathan Podunajec, Colin Sparks, and Lucas Stagnolia.
Habitat volunteers also worked on the house along side the students.
The Sunday service will be led by Habitat president Cince Bowns with remarks
from Lincoln Mayor Seth Goodman and Ward Three Alderman Ron Keller.
