LINCOLN
Members of the local
Boy Scout Troop 4111 will be hosting a food drive at the local
Kroger store on Woodlawn Road this Saturday and Sunday.
Boy Scouts will be on hand from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on both days,
seeking donations of non-perishable food items that will be given to
local food pantries.
In addition to food items, other items needed include laundry
detergent, toilet paper, toothbrushes, soap, deodorant, toothpaste,
and skin care products. The boys will also accept scarves, mittens
and gloves, and even coats.

In addition, the kids will be selling popcorn to buy and donate to the food
drive along with other food items. And, finally, cash donations will be
accepted.
Scouting for food is a big community service project for the scouts, and they
would love to see this be their biggest year ever. Please lend your support if
you are able.
