Knights of Columbus to host
fundraiser dinner for Hurricane victims this Friday evening

LINCOLN
In light
of the recent hurricanes that have had such a terrible impact in the
southern states, the Lincoln Knights of Columbus will be hosting a
St. Louis Style Rib Dinner Fundraiser this Friday, October 13th.
Meals
will be available for sale as an Eat in or there will be a carry out
option.
The St.
Louis Style Rib will be slow smoked with sweet BBQ sauce, carefully
prepared by a Kansas City Barbecue Society competitor.

The dinner will consist of Rib, Cole Slaw, Baked
Beans, and Applesauce.
Ribs
will also be sold alone in full rack or half rack portions.
Serving
will run from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday evening at the Knights of
Columbus Hall, 217 North Limit Street, Lincoln.
