[October 16, 2017]  The third quarter of 2017 saw homes sales decrease significantly compared to 2016 for the same period.

 

REALTORS in the Logan Board of REALTORS® sold 107 homes in the third quarter of 2017, 38 fewer than the 145 sold during the same period in 2016.

The average selling price for homes in the 2017 period was $107,084, up from $101,634 in 2016. Median prices were up as well, $99,000 compared to $96,000.

The length of time that the average home was on the market was shorter with the average "Days on Market" in 2017 133 days. This was 28 shorter that the same period in 2016.
