observe 500th Anniversary of the Reformation

Lincoln
Christian University and President Don Green invites the community
to a commemoration service of the 500th Anniversary of the
Reformation. The service will be held on Tuesday, October 31, 2017,
at 9:30 a.m. in the Earl C Hargrove Chapel on the campus of Lincoln
Christian University, 100 Campus View Drive, Lincoln.
A mass choir comprised of the Lincoln Christian University Chorale
and members of the community will be singing. Dr. Robert Rea,
Professor of Church History, will speak briefly on the topic “Why
the Reformation Matters.” The service will also include singing of
hymns from the Reformation as well as contemporary songs, reading of
scripture, prayer, and the Lord’s Supper.
