The Atlanta Ag 4-H club was “Planted in 4-H” and “Planted in the community” at the Atlanta Fall Festival this year. The club was busy ahead of the festival planning and putting together their float for the annual fall festival parade t6hat this year had a garden them.

The club decorated the float with member 4-H projects from the fair this year.

Prior to the festival, club members enjoyed an afternoon of mixing up three batches of cookie dough flavors from the 4-H Cooking 101 project manual – Jackpot Drop, Oatmeal Drop, and Peanut Butter. The cookies were auctioned and the Atlanta Ag 4-H club was able to donate $47 to the Atlanta Fall Festival.

It was an awesome weekend and the Atlanta Ag 4-H club had a good time and gave back to the community!
