Habitat for Humanity of Logan County to celebrate 25 years September 24th

[September 18, 2017]   LINCOLN - The Habitat for Humanity of Logan County will celebrate 25 years of service in Logan County on Sunday, September 24th at 2 p.m. at the Habitat Center and warehouse at 915 Woodlawn Road in Lincoln. Both buildings will be open for touring.

During the day a Power Point presentation of activities and featuring many of the Logan County home builds will be ongoing.

Among the items on display will be the "Wall of Honor - HFHLC Supporters", the wall of homes built, and the "2 X 4" project.

There will also be a booklet of the history of the local Habitat.

A fundraising raffle will be held with the winner to receive a half hog, donated by Tarter Brothers in Lincoln.

Refreshments will be served.

In the 25 year history of Habitat for Humanity in Lo9gan County, 22 home projects have been completed, with home build number 23 currently underway in Emden.

The communities of Logan County are invited to celebrate with HFH as they say "Thank You' to the communities and people who have supported this program for the past 25 years.
