Logan County 4-H Scholarship winners announced at the Logan County Fair

[August 07, 2018]  The Logan County 4-H Foundation recently presented scholarships to five Logan County 4-H members and alumni at 4-H Night during the Logan County Fair.

Jayden Lawrence, daughter of Shawn and Amy Lawrence, a graduate of Lincoln Community High School, receives a $500 4-H Foundation/Ross Conrady Memorial Scholarship. She will be a freshman this fall at Lincoln College with plans to complete general courses and then transfer to a university for a degree in Education.

Alice Roate, daughter of Bussy & Colleen Roate, also a graduate of Lincoln Community High School, receives a $500 4-H Foundation Scholarship. She will be attending Iowa State University as a freshman this fall and plans to major in Event Planning.

Clayton Skelton, son of Rusty & Stacie Skelton, another graduate of Lincoln Community High School, receives a $500 4-H Foundation Scholarship. He will be a freshman this fall at Southeast Missouri State University and plans to major in Medical Laboratory Science.

Grace Skelton, daughter of Rusty & Stacie Skelton, graduate of Lincoln Community High School, receives a $500 4-H Foundation Scholarship. She will be a freshman this fall at Southeast Missouri State University with plans to major in Nursing.

Dawn Irwin, daughter of Steve & Ann Marie Irwin, also a graduate of Lincoln Community High School, receives a $500 4-H Foundation/Alice Jodlowski Memorial Scholarship. She will be a junior at Illinois State University this fall and majoring in Ag Communications and Leadership.
