Parcelle Named ALMH July Employee of the Month

[August 15, 2018]   LINCOLN  - Heather Parcelle of Lincoln has been named the July Employee of the Month at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Lincoln. Parcelle is a unit secretary in the emergency department ALMH.

Parcelle was nominated by her co-worker Jessie Clark for her willingness to help, positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and her ability to anticipate the needs of the department. “She has a ‘can do’ attitude and is always willing to help out. She is a joy to work with and goes above and beyond for our patients,” said Clark.

Parcelle has worked at ALMH since May 2014. During that time she has worked in both the acute care and emergency departments. As the unit secretary, she works with the registered nurses to provide care to patients. She holds a CNA certificate and CPR certificate.

Parcelle enjoys her position because of the variety her work provides.

“I love working in the emergency department because each day is different. I enjoy working closely with all the wonderful nurses and doctors and the fast -paced atmosphere. I really work with a great team. We all work so well together and we have fun while doing it,” said Parcelle.
