Joshua is the son of Lincoln residents Dan and Toni Ormond. He was born March 7, 1978 in Quincy. The family moved to Lincoln in January 1989 when his dad attended Lincoln Christian College.

Josh attended Chester-East Lincoln elementary school. From there they moved to Westbrook, ME in the summer of 1992. Josh graduated from Westbrook High School in 1996 with high honors. Josh worked for a computer consulting company, Stefanini, and was a part of their team for 11 years.

Josh was an avid reader, enjoyed a weekly board game group, and on visits with his parents, he loved a good old fashioned game of chess with his dad. He loved everything “Star Wars”, especially the character of Darth Vader.

Josh was a baptized believer of Jesus Christ, giving his life to Him July 31, 1988. He had a generous heart and giving spirit. He loved life and truly wanted to make people laugh and smile. He will be deeply missed, especially his great big hugs.
