Lincoln Police Department

  • Brosamer, Tierney L., 24, of Lincoln, arrested August 18 at 10:31 p.m. in the 200 block of Stahlhut Drive on charge of aggravated battery. 

  • Cameron, Nicholas A., 24, of Lincoln, arrested August 18 at 12:21 a.m. in the 100 block of Sherman Street on charge of driving under the influence. 

  • Carter, Leroy, 67, of Lincoln, arrested August 18 at 8:33 a.m. in the 1200 block of Woodlawn Road on charge of driving with a suspended license. 

  • Ferguson, Brad R., 38, of Hartsburg, arrested August 19 at 2:35 a.m. on Pekin Street at Sheridan Street on charge of driving under the influence. 

  • Gaston, Crystal G., 37, of Lincoln, arrested August 19 at 5:27 a.m. at her residence on McLean County warrant. 

  • Metelko, Jason F., 27, of Lincoln, arrested August 17 at 7:09 p.m. at his residence on charge of disorderly conduct. 

  • Metelko, Jason F., 27, of Lincoln, arrested August 17 at 10:50 p.m. at his residence on charge of disorderly conduct. 

  • Missel, April L., 39, of Clinton, arrested August 17 at 3:47 p.m. in the 1200 block of Woodlawn Road on Adams County warrant. 

  • Petro, Ernest M., 37, of Lincoln, arrested August 17 at 9:02 a.m. on Woodlawn Road at Monroe Street on charge of driving with a suspended license.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Kodatt, Jason R., 35, of Elkhart, arrested August 17 at 10:15 p.m. in the 900 block of 950th Street on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving with a suspended license. 

  • Tisdale, Stephanie J., 39, of Lincoln, arrested August 20 at 12:15 a.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on charges of burglary and theft.

The public is reminded that anyone is presumed innocent until charges are proven in a court of law.
