Salt Creek A.B.A.T.E. hosts annual Duck Race and Camping fundraiser this weekend

[August 23, 2018]   LINCOLN - The Salt Creek A.B.A.T.E. of Lincoln will host its second annual Duck Race and camping weekend starting Friday, August 24th through Sunday, August, 26th at 1500 E. 250North Road, McLean, at Sugar Creek.

The event is the only fundraiser of the year for Salt Creek. Costs for the weekend include a $25 donation at the gate for the weekend or a $ 10 day pass. All guests must be age 21 or older and have a valid ID.

The weekend pass included a weekend of camping via tent, camper or motorhome plus weekend entertainment. The event is open to all, no membership in A.B.A.T.E. required.

The funds raised over the weekend will go toward community service and motorcycle awareness projects. The Salt Creek A.B.A.T.E. each year hosts an Easter Egg hunt at Kickapoo Creek Park in Lincoln where they give away approximately $1,500 in eggs, candy, baskets, stuffed animals, and the big prize - bicycles.
