[August 31, 2018]    (Reuters) - The U.S. Coast Guard said about 1,176 gallons of oil was spilled from an overloaded barge moored at Flint Hills east dock near Corpus Christi, Texas Thursday evening.

Multiple crews were involved in the clean-up efforts, the Coast Guard said.

The agency, however, did not say if there were any waterway closures due to the spill.
