Monday night crash on I-55 sends one to the hospital

The Following Preliminary Information is Being Released by Illinois State Police District 9:

WHAT: Personnel Injury Traffic Crash

WHERE: I-55 North Bound Near MP 115, Logan County

WHEN: Monday 02/05/18 at 8:08 P.M.

VEHICLE: Unit#1: Tan 1999 Jeep Wrangler

DRIVER: Driver#1: Tracy R. Blackert, 49 YO female, Rapids City, IL.

PRELIMINARY: Preliminary investigation indicates Unit#1 was traveling northbound
on I-55 near milepost 115. Unit#1 ran off the right side of the roadway, struck
the concrete overpass, rolled, and came to rest in the right lane.
Driver #1 was ejected from the Jeep. Driver #1 was
transported to a local hospital for treatment of injuries.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
