Wolverines 8th grade advance to Class 1A State Tournament

Congratulations to the West Lincoln-Broadwell Wolverines on winning
the Sectional 5 championship at Virginia on Wednesday night.
The Wolverines defeated Morton Blessed Sacrament by a score of 30-27
to advance to the 2018 8th Grade Class 1A State Tournament.
The Wolverines head to the state tournament held at Bartonville
Limestone High School with a 22-1 record. WLB will take on Ottawa
Wallace (17-6) in the first round at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
The winner will advance to the semifinals Saturday at 6:30 p.m.

The third place and championship games
of the tournament will be played on Thursday, February 15, 2018.
