James Skelton sentenced to prison for Aggravated DUI and Driving While License Revoked

[February 17, 2018]  On February 6, 2018, Associate Judge William Workman accepted a fully negotiated plea agreement in Logan County case number 17-CF-61 wherein James Skelton pleaded guilty to Aggravated Driving Under the Influence, a class 1 felony, and Driving While License is Revoked, a class 4 felony.

The plea agreement sentenced James Skelton to 7 years of prison on the Aggravated DUI and 3 years of prison on the Driving While License is Revoked with the sentences to run concurrent to each other.

The convictions arise out of a May 3, 2017 traffic stop on Lincoln Parkway by Lincoln Police.
