[January 29, 2018]  EAST PEORIA - Sandra Kay Force, 66, of East Peoria, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018, at 7:10 a.m. at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Celebration of Life: Wednesday, January 31, 2018, starting at 5:00 p.m. at Persie's Bar, 1007 N. Main St., Creve Coeur

Sandra Kay Force, 66, of East Peoria, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2018, at 7:10 a.m. at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

A Celebration of her Life will be held at Persie's Bar, 1007 N. Main St., Creve Coeur, on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, starting at 5:00 p.m. Persie's will be open for family and friends to stop by. Children are welcome.

Sandra Kay Smith was born on February 16, 1951 in Peoria, the daughter of Norberg William and Rita Marie Donaldson Smith. She was the fourth of five children. She was united in marriage with Damon D. Force on September 2, 1983. He survives.

 

She is also survived by her daughter: Patricia Marie Weitekamp of Washington; two sons: William Lee (Shelley) Force of Washington, and Douglas J. (Tanya) Force of East Peoria. Sandra has nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Sandra was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her husband and family were her life. She loved to cook and feed everyone that entered her home. She was kind, loving, and selfless, with a heart of gold.

Peasley Funeral Home of Lincoln is assisting the family with arrangements.
