Second Quarter 2018 Homes Sales

[July 05, 2018]  The second quarter of 2018 saw very similar home sales numbers compared to 2017 for the same time period.

REALTORS in Logan County Board of REALTORS® sold 112 homes in the second quarter of 2018, 3 fewer than the 115 sold during the same time period in 2017.

The average selling price for homes in the 2018 time period was $110,456, up from $98,857 in 2017. The median price was up significantly, $109,000 compared to $78,000.

The length of time that a home was on the market found houses on sale an average of 132 days in the second quarter of 2018. This was similar to the 130 days in the time period in 2017.
