Obituary
Charlotte "Cassie" E. Grills, 99, of
Lincoln, passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at
her home.
Charlotte "Cassie" E. Grills was born on May 8,
1919, in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, the daughter of
Stanley and Katherine Prezelomic Trasko. She was
united in marriage to Jack Joseph Grills on April
22, 1939. He preceded her in death in 1982.
She is survived by her children: Maria (Raymond)
Pech of Lincoln and Peter (Janet) Grills of Groton,
Conn., and many nieces and nephews.
Cassie was preceded in death by two sisters and one
brother.

She was proud to have been one of Jehovah's
Witnesses for over 50 years. Cassie spent most of her life in
Norwich, Conn., but has been living with her daughter in Lincoln
for the past 14 years.
She loved animals, traveling, drawing, knitting, and crocheting.
Peasley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
