[May 31, 2018]   LINCOLN - The Lincoln Kiwanis Club raised over $3,000 during their 1st Annual Golf Outing at Lincoln Elks Country Club on Friday May 18, 2018.

Participants enjoyed great weather, a mid-morning round of golf, lunch donated by Lincoln IGA and margaritas provided by Lincoln Banquet Center. Proceeds from the golf outing will provide over $2,000 in scholarships to local colleges for local students.

The remaining proceeds will help continue to support the club’s passions including LJHS Builders Club, LCHS Career & Technical Program, and Logan County 4-H Club. Kiwanis empowers communities to improve the world by making lasting impressions in the lives of children.
