Friday, June 1, 2018 at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital in
Lincoln.

John William Rufus “Bill” Hyde, 83,
of Lincoln, passed away Friday, June 1, 2018 at
Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Lincoln. Bill
was born October 31, 1934 in Lincoln, son of Lionel
and Mary Hyde. He enlisted in United States Navy and
then later married Ethel Marie Allison.
He was retired from Rowe Construction as a Bridge
Foreman. He was of the Catholic faith. He loved his
family, reading, flying, fishing and building
bridges!
Survivors include: Sons - Terrance (Peggy) of
Lincoln; Timothy (Jerianne) of Lincoln; Tobias (Amy)
of Chestnut; daughter-in-law Shari Hyde of Pleasant
Hill; grandchildren: Kristi, Billy, Teresa, Esther,
Kenny, Matthew, Aaron, Devin “Toad”, Zach and
Bridgette; 21 great grandchildren; 3 great-great
grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife Ethel, and
later his wife Donna; his sons Thaddeus and Robbie;
his brother Lionel “Dutch” and his sister Mary.
There will be no services. |
