Amidst accepting the public’s electronics for their monthly Recycling Day and unloading a vast supply of new items for the Habitat Warehouse of household articles, home maintenance and household supplies Habitat For Humanity of Logan County stopped at noon to pick the winner of the Processed ½ Hog donated to HFHLC by the Tarter Brothers.

Bill Sahs, President elect for next year poured the very full jar of tickets into a cooler and with a wide swirl to stir them up and pulled out Angela Reiners’ name. Angela is from Emden and verified the winning number and will get to claim her winnings from the Atlanta Locker next week.

Proceeds from the sales of the raffle tickets and from sales of good quality articles (too numerous to list) help furnish funds for the building of HFH applicants homes. Warehouse is closed on Sunday and Monday’s, opening at 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday with Saturday hours 9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
