[June 25, 2018]  Reports for Monday, June 25:

Atlanta Police

  • Weaver, David L., 27, of Atlanta, arrested June 22 at 8:17 p.m. in the 200 block of NW Vine Street, Atlanta, on charge of battery.

Lincoln Police Department

  • Buchanan, Vicki L., 54, of Middletown, arrested June 23 at 12:51 a.m. on charge of driving under the influence. 

  • Johnston, Chad A., 32, of Lincoln, arrested June 22 at 10:11 p.m. on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to an ordinance violation. 

  • Ross, Anieta M., 40, of Lincoln, arrested June 24 at 7:31 p.m. on charge of driving with a suspended license. 

  • Slayton, Thomas A., 25, of Peoria, arrested June 22 at 1:52 p.m. in the 700 block of Broadway Street on charges of driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

  • Smart, David A., 46, of Lincoln, arrested June 23 at 3:15 a.m. in the 900 block of Jefferson Street on charge of driving under the influence.  

  • Ward, Patrick, 33, of Bloomington, arrested June 24 at 1:28 a.m. on Nicholson Road at Lincoln Parkway on charge of driving under the influence.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Cisco, Robert W., 54, of Lincoln, arrested June 23 at 8:17 p.m. on Mill Street at Fifth Street on charge of no valid driver’s license. 

  • Overbey, Teresa M., 23, of Atlanta, arrested June 25 at 2:10 a.m. on Logan County warrants for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving with a suspended license, and for failure to appear in answer to charge of failure to notify damage to an unattended motor vehicle.

  • Turner, Linzy M., 20, of Lincoln, arrested June 22 at 11:32 p.m. in the 1100 block of Route 121 on charge of speeding 35 mph or more over the posted speed limit.
