High School Tennis Camps for girls and boys scheduled for July 9th through 12th

LCHS Tennis Coach Jan Dickerson is conducting a girls tennis camp July 9-12, from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at the Lincoln Elks tennis courts. New freshmen or sophomores and all returning team members are invited and encouraged to attend the four-morning camp.

All skills of the game, conditioning, and match tactics will be covered. Cost is $30, and parents must sign a waiver for students to attend. A rain date, if needed, will be held Friday, the same week.

Coach Dickerson commented, “I strongly encourage all girls who are thinking of being on the tennis team to attend this camp. Those new to the game will find it appropriate and very instructional, while those returning will be improving their strokes and skills, to improve their games.”

Boys high school tennis clinics will be held the same week, at 11:00-12:00 noon, instructed by Justin Tilford at the Elks courts. Cost is the same, and waivers must be signed by parents.
