Trevonte D. Pratt sentenced on drug delivery charge

[June 28, 2018]  On June 26, 2018, Trevonte D. Pratt was sentenced to 7 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a class 1 felony, with 2 years of mandatory supervised release.

The sentence is a result of a fully negotiated plea agreement.

This case is a result of a covert narcotics investigation conducted by the Lincoln Police Department. Lincoln Police, using a Confidential Informant, purchased approximately 1.3 grams of a substance containing cocaine from Trevonte Pratt. The purchase occurred on August 30, 2017 near the intersection of 3rd Street and College Street in Lincoln.
