Hartsburg-Emden defeats West Lincoln-Broadwell for Sectional 5 Volleyball Championship

[March 06, 2018]    The Hartem Stags are going to State. During the postseason in Class 1A volleyball it's hard to come up with a better opening line. It's simple but true. The Stags knocked off the West Lincoln-Broadwell Lady Wolverines Monday night 25-18 and 25-12 in the Sectional 5 Championship and earned yet another berth to the 7th Grade Class 1A IESA State Tournament.

Hartem (20-0) will play Jacksonville Our Saviour (19-3) Friday night at 5:45 p.m. at Decatur LSA.

WLB ends their outstanding season with a 21-3 record.
