Gocal, William E., 56, of Orland Park,
arrested March 23 at 2:01 p.m. on I-55 on charge of driving
under the influence. He was later arrested by Lincoln Police on
March 23 at 11:39 p.m. in the 2000 block of Kickapoo Street on
charges of aggravated battery and resisting arrest.

Jackson, Marcus
M., 35, of Lincoln, arrested March 24 at 11:13 a.m. in the 1000
block of Madison Street on charges of criminal damage to
property, aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude a peace
officer, criminal trespass to residence, resisting/obstructing a
peace officer, reckless driving, failure to give information
after striking unattended vehicle or property, and driving with
no valid driver’s license.

N., 43, of Lincoln, arrested March 25 at 10:43 p.m. on 13th
Street at Madison Street on charges of domestic battery and
violation of bail bond.

Wear, Michael
S., 39, of Lincoln, arrested March 23 at 9:44 a.m. at his
residence on charge of theft.
Logan County Sheriff’s Department

Warfield, Erica D., 37, of Peoria, arrested
March 23 at 9:30 a.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on
Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge
of driving with a suspended license.
