Illinois State Police

  • Smith, Jacob W., 35, of Croswell, Mich., arrested May 11 at 3:45 p.m. on I-155 on charge of driving with a revoked license. 

Lincoln Police Department

  • Boyer, Samantha S., 26, of Lincoln, arrested May 13 at 2:26 p.m. at her residence on  Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of possession of controlled substance. 

  • Kirby, Kayla M., 25, of Lincoln, arrested May 11 at 8:18 a.m. in the 800 block of Chicago Street on charge of driving with a suspended license. 

  • Sales, Shalin C., 34, of Lincoln, arrested May 12 at 4:52 a.m. in the 1000 block of Heitman Drive on charge of forgery. 

  • Sprowls, Zachary D., 29, of Lincoln, arrested May 11 at 1:25 p.m. in the 700 block of Broadway Street on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, and deceptive practices.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Barr, Shelby R., 24, of Broadwell, arrested May 12 at 11:59 a.m. in the 2100 block of Fifth Street Lincoln, on Logan County warrant for aggravated battery. 

  • Chick, Danielle R., 24, of Lincoln, arrested May 12 at 6:26 p.m. at her residence on charge of domestic battery. 

  • McFarland, Sharon J., 31, of Atlanta, arrested May 13 at 3:41 a.m. on 2000th Avenue at Route 54, Mount Pulaski, on charge of driving under the influence. 

  • Farley, Kevin L., 32, of Springfield, arrested May 13 at 3:35 p.m. at the Sangamon County Jail on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of battery.

  • Deilkes, Andrew M., 31, of Lincoln, arrested May 11 at 10:02 p.m. at his residence on Logan County warrant for failure to appear in answer to charge of driving with a suspended license.

San Jose Police

  • Herbet, Toryannah L., 21, of Champaign, arrested May 11 at 9:35 p.m. on charges of reckless driving and speeding 35 mph or more over the posted speed limit.
