Community Bike Ride on Saturday, May 26

[May 24, 2018]   Cyclists of all ages and skills are invited to join The Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital Market’s first free community bike ride of the season this Saturday, May 26. Guided by ALMH Hospitalist Hal Mohammed, MD, the ride will begin at 10 a.m. and be approximately 5 miles long throughout the City of Lincoln.

Interested individuals should meet at The ALMH Market located at the Logan County Fairgrounds. Free monthly rides will continue throughout The Market season on June 30, July 21, August 25 and September 15. A bike rack is located at the fairgrounds.

The ALMH Market has become a wellness destination like no other. The producer-only designation ensures that all items offered at The Market will be homegrown, handmade, and/or vendor-created from locally owned operations within the state of Illinois.

Free admission, free parking, and several free activities take place at The Market including free health screenings, the kid-friendly Power of Produce Club and a LINK card matching program.
