Lincoln softball season comes to end in drop to tough Chatham

While game two of Lincoln’s Softball Regionals was held at home, it
was a tough team the Railers faced. On Tuesday evening Lincoln met
up with the mighty Chatham Glenwood and though Lincoln played some
of their best ball of the season they were handed the loss with a
narrow 7 - 5 score .
Coach Darrin Worth was proud of his team saying, “What a game last
night, we saved our best game for last but fell a little short 7 to
5.”
It was an all-around best effort, according to Coach Worth, “This
was our best offensive game and defensive game I think we have
played all year against a really good team. Chatham Glenwood is the
number one seed in our regional/sectional and have won 25 games.
