Wind energy production set to begin by end of year at Hilltopper

Hilltopper turbine construction is expected to be completed by the end of October with the company’s aim to start producing power by the end of the year. Construction started on the east side of the project and unfolded to the west. The unfinished sites are on the far west side of the project.
